History
Church for the Harvest was formed in the fall of 1999 by a group of passionate, praying people in the Alexandria community and ministry friend, Pastor Steve Quernemoen of Country Bible Church. All worked together to establish this new work and place of worship.
For the first year, the church body met on Sunday nights in Pastor Mike's home until they transitioned into a public setting in October, 2000. For the next two years, Church for the Harvest met weekly at the Alexandria Technical College Auditorium. In October 2002, CFTH moved to a larger facility in Alexandria's Discovery Middle School. There, the church met for four years until October 1, 2006. The church then moved into a 9,500 square foot lease space located across from the Alexandria Airport, at 1910 Aga Drive #280 in Alexandria, Minnesota. This is where the church continues to hold weekly worship services.
